This company lives up to its name, on point! Serviced and “patched” our old unit last year, to give us time for a new unit this year. When our old unit finally quit on us, they quickly had window units delivered and installed to keep us as cool as possible, until the new unit was installed. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

On Point has been maintaining my HVAC system for several years after doing a complete duct replacement. All technicians that have worked on my system have been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. All technicians have done quality work for reasonable prices.

Jeff W. is awesome!! We noticed an issue with our A/C not cooling earlier this morning and he was there in no time to save the day! So thankful he was able to get it all done in about an hour and made sure it wasn't just a quick fix but an actual long term solution. I don't write reviews, but this company I found to be so amazing I want to shout it from the rooftop!!!  After nearly 3 days without A/C, and another company miss diagnosing the problem, On Point came RIGHT out and within an hour, diagnosed and repaired my unit.  So courteous, explained in detail what was wrong and now I can get back to normal.  thank you!!!!

The On Point crew has come through again! I can’t say enough about this company. Our heat went out and there were there right away and had a solution. They had us back up and running within a few hours and at an affordable price! This company has done several repairs over the last few years and Installed a new unit at a commercial property for us. 5 stars every time!
